Linda Minar

I am excited to introduce myself as the new owner of Minar Accounting & Tax (formerly VanderZiel Tax & Accounting). I’m honored and thrilled to continue the legacy of excellence, community spirit, and innovation that Rod and Brenda have built over the years.

I have more than 30 years of public and private accounting experience in start-ups and middle markets primarily in the construction, real estate, agriculture, professional service and retail industries. I have a vast understanding of organization strategy, accounting and financial reporting, business operations, internal controls and labor management. In my previous experience, I have served as an CFO for clients and leading teams of accountants to serve as the financial and accounting team, allowing clients to focus on the primary function of their businesses.

Kirsti Bakker, CPA

Kirsti Bakker is a Certified Public Accountant with over 5 years of tax experience as well as over 6 years experience in financial accounting and reporting with multi-million dollar companies. She is originally from Ortonville, MN and graduated with her Accounting and Finance degrees at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. She moved back to Southwest Minnesota to be closer to family and raise her 3 children. Kirsti loves being able to assist people with their taxes. Her favorite tax areas include farms and small businesses.

Adam Pearson, EA

Adam Pearson is an Enrolled Agent with over 12 years experience in tax preparation and auditing. Adam works with individuals, small businesses, trusts and farmers on tax preparation and advisory services. Adam and his wife Elena, reside in Tracy with their two children. Elena is also part of our team as a seasonal tax preparer.
