Linda Minar
Linda has more than 30 years of public and private accounting experience in start-ups and middle markets – primarily in the construction, real estate, agriculture, professional service and retail industries. She has a vast understanding of organization strategy, accounting and financial reporting, business operations, internal controls and labor management. In her previous experience, she has served as a CFO for clients and led teams of accountants to serve as the financial and accounting team, allowing clients to focus on the primary function of their businesses.
Adam Pearson
Adam is an Enrolled Agent with over 12 years experience in tax preparation and auditing. Adam works with individuals, small businesses, trusts and farmers on tax preparation and advisory services. Adam and his wife Elena, reside in Tracy with their two children. Elena is also part of our team as a seasonal tax preparer.
Kirsti Bakker
Kirsti Bakker is a Certified Public Accountant with over 5 years of experience serving clients in the Marshall area. She currently resides in Cottonwood, MN, where she balances her career with raising three children. Outside of work, Kirsti enjoys actively supporting her kids’ interests in gymnastics, baton, and hockey, as well as spending time swimming at the YMCA.
With a background in both corporate and public accounting, Kirsti has spent 4 years providing financial accounting and reporting services for a billion-dollar agribusiness, in addition to 5 years of experience in rural Minnesota’s public accounting sector. She is passionate about helping small businesses, farmers, and families navigate the complexities of accounting and tax services, with the goal of reducing financial stress and promoting long-term success.
Jamison Rohlik
Jamison Rohlik is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance. He joined the firm in May 2025 as an intern and will transition to a full-time role in January 2026, focusing primarily on tax and bookkeeping. Originally from a family farm near Vesta, Jamison chose to remain rooted in the local community. He is currently preparing for the CPA exam.
